A rich and luscious blend of vintage Shiraz wine fortified with sweet brandy spirit. The nose is full with plum pudding and spice and the palate abounds with sweet fruit and a long, lingering finish. The perfect accompaniment to a delicious cheese plate or just to warm the cockles of your heart on a cold winter’s night. This rich, luscious fortified wine is named in honour of William Ullinger who founded Redgate Wines in 1977. This wine is packaged in 375ml bottles.

Andreia September 28, 2020We are from Broome and we visited the farm recently, I loved this wine. It is a perfect harmonisation with cheese or after lunch. I would love to buy more bottles, pls let me know when it back in stock.

Hi Andreia, our lovely William will be out of stock until mid 2021 unfortunately. It needs at least another 6months in barrel before we can bottle it.
