2023 Semillon

This wine offers classic varietal notes of lemon barley, lime cordial and straw with herbaceous spicy edges.

The nose is very intense with layers of primary fruit and subtle toasty oak influences.

On the palate, the wine is concentrated with lovely fruit depth and length. Tropical fruits and citron tart dominate but perfectly balanced by a clean acid backbone. The oak adds further length and texture to the dry finish.

Semillon is a classic food wine that can be paired with most seafoods. This wine is designed for immediate enjoyment, however, Semillon has the pedigree to age gracefully in bottle for 5-7 Years.
