Redgate Wines will endeavour to take the utmost care in packing your wine orders.  We will replace or refund you for any bottle of Redgate wine that is damaged in transit.  We are unable to replace wines ordered in error.  If an incorrect item has been shipped, Redgate Wines will refund or replace the items.  Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to repost or refund the damaged or incorrect wines.
