This fortified wine is made from well ripened Chenin Blanc in a traditional style. It exhibits rich luscious notes of honey liqueur, toasted marshmallows, range blossom and floral notes combine on the nose to provide a complex and intriguing wine. On the palate, apricot conserve and lime combine with natural sugars to offer a rich yet balanced wine perfect for a dessert or serve chilled. This truly delightful dessert wine is released in celebration of Bills wife, Dorothy Ullinger.
